Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet or Bank
Withdrawals follow a straightforward path: open the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, and pick the same method you used to deposit where possible — this keeps the account trail clean and speeds up the review step. GrabPay and Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals go back to the linked wallet; FPX and DuitNow withdrawals route to your registered bank account. You will
need to complete account verification before your first withdrawal is processed — see the section below for what that involves. We aim to keep the review queue moving; actual timing depends on the payment rail and your bank's processing window.
- Open withdrawal tab — Go to the cashier and select the withdrawal tab — it sits alongside the deposit tab at the top of the panel.
- Select payout method — Choose GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX — the method must match a verified account in your name.
- Enter amount and submit — Input the ringgit amount, check the details on the confirmation screen, then submit the request.
- Await processing — Your withdrawal enters the review queue; you will see a status update in the account transaction history once it clears.
